For sale is a 1997 Ford
Taurus SHO 3.4L with a 4 speed automatic transmission. The
original
motor was recently replaced with a used motor due to cam
gear failure, which was common for these cars.
Then new motor has 60,000 mi. I welded the cams on the
new used motor. The body is pretty good. The paint is
beginning to bubble a little around the left rear dog leg
(Fender). Aside from that the body is solid and the paint
is good with the exception of a few small dings and
scuffs. The interior and leather is in very good
condition. The car has power windows, door locks, cruise
control, automatic climate control, power mirrors, power
antenna, power seats, 6 disc CD changer, Mach 1 stereo
system, sunroof, traction control and stability control,
driver and passanger air bags, premium wheels and tires
(about half life on tires, see pictures). The brakes and
rotors on the car were just replaced. Also the front left
half shaft was just replaced. The car was checked over
for inspection and is ready for a PA sticker. Please feel

purchased the car with a blown motor and replaced it in
feb 06. the salvage yard guaranteed the motor...more |
