Cam failure, or coils? 
"The car runs but it has a bad miss to it. I don't know if it needs a tune-up

I'll go with tanked camshaft. one bad coil should work better than NO Power.

Its a camshaft. 
Loss of Vacuum is another tell tale - Half the cylinders are pumping 
backwards into the intake on the front head. At least it's the EASY head to R&R. 
My money is on Front exhaust cam - the most common Yacker of the four
