Vehicle Description
Good News:
1997 Black Ford Taurus SHO, very fast, 145,000 highway
miles well maintained. No accidents.
The motor is a V-8, motor area is very clean and looks
new. Paint is in good overall condition with a few minor
blemishes (see pictures). Leather seats, top, dash, moon
roof and side door panels are excellant condition. There
is a quarter-sized stain in the back seat (see pictures).
Wheels are in excellant condition with no marks or dents
and shine very nice. The tires only have 2,000 miles on.
There are new brakes, new pads, and new rotors with less
than 2,000 miles on.
Has AM/FM cassette radio, 6 disc changer in trunk with
Mach sound system. Front driver side tweeter is partially
blown, and when turned to high volumes, it will distort.
No known fluid leaks.

Excellent Condition
Bad News:
This car stalled out two weeks ago.
The car was taken to the service
station, where the ignition coils and spark plugs were
replaced. After further diagnosis of the engine, the
mechanic determined that there is possibly a bent valve.
As of 5-02-05, the car will start and drive, but is
not safe for road travel. The winning bidder will be
responsible for all cost associated with the
transportation of the car to it's final destination.
Again, this vehicle must be towed or shipped from its
current location to the winning bidder's location. There
is no warranty and is sold as is.
This is not meant to scare bidders away, since the car
was running great until just recently. The above
description of the problem is an honest report of the cars
current condition. I have just recently purchased a new
vehicle and do not want the responsibility of fixing or
transporting the car from its current location of
Montello, Wisconsin. Please note that within the last
year, over $1,000 has been invested with new mass air flow
system, ignition coils, spark plugs, brakes, brake pads,
and brake rotors. The oil has been changed regularly.
