Vehicle Description

This is a 1998 Taurus SHO, Transmission has only 8000 miles on it and a Jasper moter put in only 55000 ago. Car runs great just have to many in the driveway. There are minor scatchs and a 2" tare in the front drivers seat very common in these cars. Car comes with a 6 CD changer. Transmission is still under warrantiy. Cams have been welded by Jasper engines. Car has good tires and updated tabs. any ? just send email.

Well here's the answer... confirmed cam failure.

Dear v8shoguy,

On the original motors they were known for the cams slipping and trashing the motor. That is what happen to this one. Cams were not welding when they came from ford. This car had the cams welded. if you would like more info call 763-784-2866 after 5pm or just get on the net for more info on the SHO's cams
