What Ford says....
Steering Pump, Power—ZUA
Removal
Disconnect battery ground cable (14301). Refer to Section 14-01 .
Remove drive belt (8620). Refer to Section 03-05 .
Disconnect power steering left turn pressure hose from power steering
pump and drain the fluid into a container.
Remove power steering reservoir pump hose (3691) from between power
steering pump and power steering pump reservoir (3E764). Drain fluid
into a container.
Remove three retaining bolts and remove power steering pump.
Remove retaining nut on power steering pump pulley (3A733). Remove
power steering pump pulley from power steering pump.
Installation
Follow removal procedure in reverse order.

Remove pulley.
Remove 4-10mm head bolts that hold pump bracket to heads.
Remove pump and bracket.
Remove three bolts that hold pump to bracket.

The pump is held to the bracket with three 13mm head bolts. If you
follow the Ford procedure you will also have to remove the intake down
to the heads.
